Primary Teacher

📌 Position: Primary (PRT) Teacher

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune

Organisation: Rising Star Group of Schools (Hinjewadi campus)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lesson Planning & Delivery
2. Develop and deliver interactive, NEP-aligned lessons for core subjects (English, Maths, EVS, Hindi) suitable for Grades 1–5.
3. Classroom Management
4. Maintain a positive, disciplined, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
5. Assessment & Feedback
6. Design and administer assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
7. Co-curricular Participation
8. Take part in school activities, field trips, special events, eco‑clubs, and value‑education initiatives.
9. Parent Communication
10. Conduct regular parent–teacher meetings, report on student progress, and keep open communication lines.
11. Professional Development
12. Stay updated through workshops, team meetings, and training sessions.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

1. Education:
2. Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent D.El.Ed.
3. Additional qualifications in ECCE (NTT/ETE/DEd) considered a plus.
4. Experience:
5. 1–3 years experience teaching primary grades in a CBSE or similar English-medium school preferred.
6. Communication Skills:
7. Fluent in English with strong verbal and written skills.
8. Tech Literacy:
9. Comfortable using digital teaching aids, presentations, e-library, school app platforms.
10. Personal Traits:
11. Creative, enthusiastic, patient, adaptable, and well-organised.

💼 Remuneration & Benefits

1. Salary Range: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month (based on qualifications & experience)..⠀

⏰ Employment Type & Timings

1. Full-time, in-person role
2. Day-shift alignment with regular school hours (typically ~9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday–Saturday)
