Narayana Institute, a premier coaching institute for competitive examinations, is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Lecturer for our Jaipur branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, proven teaching expertise, and the ability to mentor students towards academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lectures to students preparing for competitive exams like JEE/NEET.
- Develop and revise study material, test papers, and assignments based on the latest exam patterns.
- Monitor student performance, provide feedback, and conduct doubt-clearing sessions.
- Mentor and guide junior faculty members and support academic planning.
- Participate in regular faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in exam patterns and subjects.
- Contribute to content development for online/offline modules as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or higher degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a reputed coaching institute or academic organization.
- Strong command over the subject and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools is a plus.
